Portfolio Transformation Manager

The Portfolio Transformation Manager role is hybrid, with three office days per week, at either the San Jose, CA headquarters or the Research Triangle Park, NC office. Compensation is $129,200–$192,500 per year. The role supports NetApp’s Customer Success Portfolio Organization and its strategic transformation initiatives. This position drives execution, governance, analytics, and operational management across cross-functional programs. It helps leaders measure progress, make informed decisions, and improve customer-facing operations through process optimization, automation, and AI-enabled capabilities.

What you'll do

• Drive execution of strategic transformation programs
• maintain plans, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables
• manage governance, risks, and action tracking
• maintain OKRs, KPIs, scorecards, and dashboards
• analyze portfolio and customer performance
• prepare executive reporting
• coordinate cross-functional teams
• support launches and adoption
• lead NetApp Community strategy, governance, engagement, and performance.
