What you'll do

• Lead day-to-day Nurse Case Management staff activities and assign incoming cases
• review case quality and records
• participate in patient-care assessment, evaluation, and planning
• monitor case handling and coordination of medical treatment and return to work
• advise staff on clinical and rehabilitation issues
• help develop occupational injury treatment and rehabilitation plans
• coach, train, and evaluate staff
• assist with recruitment and onboarding
• maintain compliance and licensing requirements.
