What you'll do

• Conduct initial dietary assessments and develop individualized meal plans
• conduct weekly individual and group dietary sessions as directed by the Clinical Director
• maintain the catering schedule and onsite meal supply
• follow food safety protocols
• maintain timely and complete electronic medical records
• attend clinical staff meetings, supervision, and case review meetings
• monitor food inventory and refrigerator and freezer temperatures as needed.
