What you'll do

• Provide quality patient care and assess patients’ clinical, teaching, mental, and spiritual needs
• use clinical equipment to support a safe and aseptic environment
• recognize safety issues and use patient lifts as appropriate
• prioritize and delegate care
• interpret lethal dysrhythmias
• may assume charge nurse duties
• meet the required on-call response time of 30 minutes.
