What you'll do
- Participate in resident care conferences and maintain care plans
- observe resident signs and symptoms and provide appropriate interventions
- communicate resident status to nursing staff, physicians, pharmacists, families, and others
- protect resident confidentiality
- document electronically
- prepare, administer, and document medications
- report resident concerns, incidents, and progress
- assess, intervene, and document follow-up
- coordinate services during the shift and report issues to nursing leadership
- complete required onboarding and periodic training.
