What you'll do

• Complete nightly audits and reconcile cash, card transactions, room charges, bills, and occupancy figures
• prepare and distribute reports
• welcome guests, handle check-in and check-out, answer calls, make reservations, and address guest concerns
• process payments, maintain guest accounts, monitor security, conduct property walks, and communicate with morning teams.
