What you'll do

• Manage global subcontracts, master services agreements, and supply terms
• draft agreements and negotiate supplier terms
• support U.S. Small Business Subcontracting programs
• ensure compliance with federal regulatory requirements
• coordinate with Procurement, Legal, PMO, and Export teams
• and manage internal approvals and multiple agreements.
