What you'll do

• Develop customer employment plans
• build employer relationships and identify on-the-job training opportunities
• supervise, train, and assist job coaches
• help customers with applications, resumes, and interview preparation
• maintain regular customer contact and case documentation
• support application follow-up and transportation as needed
• provide coaching and communicate with employers to support job retention
• coordinate with vocational rehabilitation counselors
• drive clients to locations as needed.
