Mammography Technical Assistant — Hybrid/Float

This work helps maintain efficient appointments, accurate documentation, safe exam rooms, and a welcoming patient experience.

What you'll do

• Greet and escort patients
• assist with check-in, questionnaires, and documentation
• prepare exam rooms and explain exam preparation
• support patient comfort, privacy, and mobility
• help maintain patient flow and coordinate appointments
• verify demographics and exam orders
• coordinate retrieval and transfer of prior imaging
• import and reconcile outside studies
• verify electronic medical record documentation
• maintain room readiness and supplies
• report equipment issues
• support quality assurance and process improvement
• answer phones and respond to routine inquiries.
