What you'll do

• Prepare budgets, cost analyses, scopes, plans, and schedules
• monitor project status and costs
• verify contractor and subcontractor prequalifications and permits
• source and negotiate contracts
• prepare bid strategies and documents
• award subcontracts
• track schedules in Procore
• manage change and purchase orders
• facilitate RFIs, submittals, and delay processes
• oversee buyout and closeout
• maintain project records and client reports
• build relationships with project partners
• travel as needed for projects.
