This role exists to drive profitable new business growth by managing the full sales cycle for security technology solutions. The manager will identify high-value prospects, conduct consultative discovery, and build persuasive business cases to help organizations reduce risk and improve operational efficiency.

What you'll do

• Own the full new-business sales cycle, prospecting, qualifying, and closing net-new opportunities for CCTV, video surveillance, and live/remote video security monitoring solutions.
• Lead a disciplined, consultative sales process including discovery, stakeholder alignment, and solution design.
• Create and deliver high-impact proposals, RFP responses, and executive-level presentations.
• Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting in Salesforce.
• Develop and execute a strategic territory plan by identifying high-value verticals and target accounts.
