What you'll do

• Provide weekly clinical supervision to case managers
• review and approve treatment plans, assessments, notes, and discharge summaries
• guide complex cases and crises
• conduct chart audits
• develop quality improvement initiatives
• prepare for audits and accreditation
• mentor and train staff
• coordinate client care and referrals
• support safety planning
• review incident reports
• contribute to program leadership and policy development
• assist with scheduling and caseload distribution
• be available for after-hours staff calls.
