Assistant Store Manager — Park Meadows

What you'll do

• Partner with the Store Manager on recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and training
• train the team on procedures, service expectations, selling skills, and product knowledge
• coach and develop team performance
• support daily operations and visual merchandising
• lead customer service and selling on the floor
• build customer loyalty through clienteling
• support sales goals and accountability
• assist with in-store events and activations
• uphold presentation and cleanliness standards.
