What you'll do

  • Manage scheduled and unplanned vessel maintenance and review engineering reports
  • support regulatory inspections and audits
  • recommend capital improvements and assist with dry-docking specifications
  • procure spares and consumables
  • coordinate tug dispatch, job assignments, schedules, and voyage orders
  • maintain fleet readiness awareness
  • develop crew rotation schedules and track mariner credentials
  • partner with HR on recruiting and retention
  • coordinate vendors and review invoices
  • provide operational summaries to leadership.
