What you'll do

• Perform cutting, milling, turning, bending, and polishing
• set up workholding, tooling, and fixtures
• validate programs with sample runs
• measure features against drawings and document results
• troubleshoot with G-code edits and offsets
• operate two to three CNC/manual machines concurrently
• handle materials safely
• load, cycle, unload, clean, and inspect parts
• maintain inventory accuracy and workspace
• perform user-level maintenance
• cross-train and coach less experienced machinists
• plan and communicate to meet schedules.

Why this role

Two shifts are listed: first shift Monday–Thursday, 6:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m.; second shift Monday–Thursday, 4:20 p.m.–2:50 a.m. Requires three to five years on CNC and manual equipment; GibbsCAM experience is preferred. Overtime may be needed.
