What you'll do

• Manage daily TRID and escrow operations
• supervise, coach, train, and evaluate assigned staff
• ensure timely and accurate Loan Estimates, Closing Disclosures, and other required TRID documents
• monitor regulatory compliance
• oversee escrow setup, maintenance, analysis, disbursements, shortages, surpluses, and annual statements
• maintain procedures and workflow documentation
• collaborate with Compliance, Loan Operations, and Lending
• support audits, examinations, and quality reviews
• research and resolve complex issues
• monitor performance metrics and prepare reports
• participate in projects, system upgrades, testing, and implementation.
