The AM Dietary Aide role is onsite in Willmar, MN, and pays $19.09–$20.34 per hour. The aide supports Dining Services at Cura of Willmar, a 78-bed skilled nursing community, helping residents have breakfast and lunch and an enjoyable morning dining experience. The role prepares and serves meals according to resident diet information, delivers trays, and maintains food safety and clean kitchen and dining areas. Communication with nursing staff and respectful service help ensure residents receive appropriate meals and support the community’s daily dining operations.

What you'll do

• Set up and prepare for breakfast and lunch service.
• Prepare and serve meals and resident trays according to diet cards and required food consistencies.
• Deliver and collect trays, assist with snacks and refreshments, record food temperatures, and maintain hot and cold food temperatures.
• Wash dishes and kitchen equipment, clean and sanitize work areas, restock supplies, and communicate resident meal needs to nursing staff.
