What you'll do

• Assist with hiring, training, and supervising maintenance team members
• lead service staff, delegate work orders, and inspect completed jobs
• perform routine maintenance and repairs, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and pool maintenance
• schedule emergency coverage
• maintain records, inventory, and make-ready work
• follow safety standards
• coordinate with contractors and vendors
• communicate with residents and team members.
