House Lead Direct Support Professional

The House Lead Direct Support Professional role is onsite in Portland, ME, with a stated schedule of Sunday 8 a.m.–8 p.m., Monday 8 a.m.–8 p.m., Tuesday 8 a.m.–4 p.m., and Wednesday 8 a.m.–4 p.m., totaling 40 hours. Pay is $20.50 per hour. Creative Works supports adults with disabilities at home, at work, and in the community. The House Lead oversees day-to-day residential program operations and supports participants’ well-being, independence, and relationships. The role combines direct support with staff training, scheduling assistance, documentation, advocacy, and coordination with families and service providers.

What you'll do

• Assist with developing, implementing, and monitoring Individual Program Plans
• advocate for participants and coordinate appointments and relationships
• maintain records and reports
• assist with personal care and transfers
• support participants’ rights and choices
• train new staff
• assist with staff scheduling
• maintain medication supplies
• transport participants as needed
• keep service locations safe
• support compliance with accreditation standards and regulations
• provide crisis intervention as needed.
