What you'll do

• Respond to agents and policyholders

• enter and process new business and renewal transactions
• handle phone, email, and written correspondence
• support underwriting through data entry, reporting, and administrative tasks
• develop knowledge of coverage, underwriting guidelines, rating plans, and state requirements
• participate in workflow improvements and special projects.
