The floor manager collaborates with the general manager and leadership team to oversee day-to-day restaurant operations. The role supports front-of-house service, staff development, operating standards, guest experience, and the systems and processes needed to run dining and takeout/delivery operations.

What you'll do

• Assist with front-of-house dining and takeout/delivery operations
• manage quality and labor standards
• support service staff and participate in service as needed
• respond to guest requests and concerns
• follow NYC DOH sanitation standards
• open and close the operation and complete financial reporting
• assist with menu updates
• operate POS, delivery, scheduling, and time-and-attendance platforms
• assist with inventory and ordering
• educate staff on service and upselling.
