Accounts Payable Coordinator

What you'll do

• Process accounts payable invoices
• match purchase orders, receipts, and invoices for approval and payment
• maintain vendor records
• reconcile statements and resolve discrepancies
• monitor payments through RAMP
• enter transactions in Microsoft Solomon
• assist with monthly close and reconciliations
• prepare audit documentation and reports
• follow accounting procedures
• communicate with vendors and internal departments.
