What you'll do

• Evaluate federal opportunities against target markets, capabilities, acquisition eligibility, competitive position, and growth priorities
• research customer missions, buying organizations, acquisition history, incumbents, competitors, and procurement timelines
• develop customer intelligence plans and qualification briefs
• identify capability and competitive gaps
• maintain opportunity records in monday.com
• execute capture workstreams
• develop customer profiles, stakeholder maps, competitive assessments, capture plans, win themes, and action plans
• assess and coordinate teaming partners
• support readiness reviews and capture-to-proposal transitions
• use AI-assisted research while independently validating facts and conclusions.
