What you'll do

• Own HR technology solution strategy and target architecture
• govern designs, configuration, extensions, releases, and data flows
• align platform capabilities with HR priorities
• establish data and integration standards
• ensure reliable exchange of workforce and financial data
• build privacy, cybersecurity, compliance, and controls into designs
• lead design reviews
• provide hands-on implementation leadership
• review functional and technical designs
• support testing and defect resolution
• guide scope, sequencing, dependencies, risk, cutover, and adoption
• stabilize and optimize capabilities after go-live.
