The Press Brake Operator role is onsite in Walker, MI, with a planned move to Grandville, MI in Q1 2027. Starting pay is $22.00–$26.00 per hour, based on skill and experience. The operator reports to the Production Manager and works with production, engineering, quality, material handling, and maintenance teams. This role sets up, programs, and operates CNC press brake equipment to produce precision sheet metal parts that meet customer specifications and quality standards. It also supports safe, efficient production, equipment upkeep, and continuous improvement.

What you'll do

• Set up, program, and operate CNC press brake equipment
• interpret drawings and work orders
• select and verify tooling
• inspect first pieces and production parts using measuring tools
• adjust machine settings
• report quality, tooling, equipment, or material issues
• perform routine inspections and basic preventive maintenance
• maintain a clean, safe work area
• complete production records
• and assist with training as assigned.
