What you'll do

• Review accounts and documentation for billing readiness
• prepare, review, and submit claims using Homecare Homebase
• verify patient, payer, authorization, and billing information
• follow up on rejections, unpaid claims, and underpayments
• research denials and submit appeals or reconsiderations as needed
• post payments and adjustments
• work aging receivables
• identify recurring issues
• coordinate with clinical and administrative staff
• protect patient information and follow secure remote-work policies.
