What you'll do

• Review and recommend certifications for payment and construction change orders
• prepare and maintain project documentation, progress reports, compliance records, and change order requests for CDBG requirements
• conduct monitoring visits and provide feedback to subrecipients’ health and safety representatives
• coordinate CDBG-funded construction phases from pre-construction to closeout
• manage and mentor project teams
• develop and monitor budgets and schedules
• identify risks and implement solutions to prevent cost overruns or delays.
