The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Long-Term Care role is onsite in Pocahontas County, WV. Pay is $24–$26 per hour. The position provides direct personal care and activities-of-daily-living support to long-term care residents under a licensed nurse’s supervision. The role helps residents with daily needs while promoting dignity, independence, and safety. It also contributes to continuity of care by observing and reporting changes in residents’ conditions and documenting care provided.

What you'll do

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
• assist with meals, feeding, and hydration and document intake and output as required
• take and record vital signs, weights, and other measurements as directed by a licensed nurse
• observe and report physical or behavioral changes to the charge nurse
• use safe transfer, lifting, and positioning techniques
• document care and follow infection-control and safety policies.
