Senior Residence Manager

What you'll do

• Lead day-to-day operations at assigned residential sites
• supervise, train, evaluate, and schedule Direct Support Professionals
• oversee health, safety, wellness, medication administration, and special dietary supports
• promote person-centered care, daily living skills, community inclusion, and individual goals
• maintain documentation and incident reports
• ensure regulatory compliance
• manage facilities, fiscal records, and monthly inspections
• support capital improvement projects
• and serve as Administrator On Call on a rotating basis, leading crisis or emergency response.
