What you'll do

• Own selected coordination workstreams including buyout log maintenance, invoice approvals, and PO issuance.
• Prepare financial deliverables such as Job Cost Reports and change orders.
• Lead supply chain constraint elimination and track subcontractor mobilization.
• Manage onsite document control including RFIs and submittals.
• Support field management by reviewing superintendent daily reports and reinforcing safety and quality procedures.
