General Manager — Marketplace or Data Operations

The General Manager role is onsite in San Francisco, CA for the Marketplace seat; the Data Operations seat may be onsite in San Francisco, CA or New York City, NY. Base compensation is $205,000–$235,000 per year, plus equity. The partner company builds human and audio data used by AI research teams. Each General Manager owns a business area’s performance and growth, leads its deployment and project operators, and partners with product to remove blockers across the area. The role combines leadership with hands-on execution to strengthen operating systems, quality, and delivery as the company scales.

What you'll do

• Own the business area’s P&L, performance, margin, and growth
• lead, coach, and grow deployment and project operators
• perform operator-level work alongside the team when needed
• partner with product at program level to remove blockers for the area
• build and improve systems, processes, and quality standards
• communicate performance, tradeoffs, and priorities to leadership and cross-functional partners.
