What you'll do

• Lead regional construction activities and field teams

• support pursuits and preconstruction reviews
• manage schedules, production rates, labor, equipment, and resources
• lead recovery planning
• enforce safety policies and inspections
• recruit and develop field staff
• manage subcontractor performance
• monitor budgets, production metrics, quality, and project risks
• partner on regional operating plans and growth initiatives.
