What you'll do

• Serve as a point of contact for clinical staff on facility and space issues
• prioritize requests by clinical impact
• perform routine and corrective maintenance
• assist with room turnovers, setup, and breakdown
• perform light construction, installation, and repairs
• support preventive maintenance
• coordinate with vendors and internal departments
• track work orders and service requests
• maintain documentation
• follow healthcare safety, infection-control, and patient-privacy protocols
• identify and escalate safety or compliance concerns.
