The Warehouse Associate position is onsite in Coppell, TX, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Compensation is $16 per hour. NCW is recruiting on behalf of a client company for its distribution team. The associate picks, packs, and prepares customer orders for shipment, helping ensure order accuracy and timely distribution. The role uses voice-directed picking and RF scanning while maintaining safe, organized warehouse operations.

What you'll do

• Pick customer orders using an automated voice-directed headset system
• pack, load, and unload trailers
• use RF scanners to track inventory
• handle household and storage products
• maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• follow safety policies and PPE requirements.
