What you'll do

• Lead the sales floor and engage customers
• sell jewelry and piercing services
• perform Forever Jewelry welding and device-based ear piercings after training
• coach Stylists
• manage service flow and floor coverage
• address customer questions, returns, and escalations
• open and close the store
• support inventory, merchandising, and visual standards.
