The Early Childhood Learning Teacher Assistant role is onsite at Town of Webb Union School in Inlet, NY, with pay of $16.00 per hour. The position supports Healthy Kids Programs’ early-learning and childcare services for children and families. The assistant works alongside the early childhood team to support classroom activities, daily routines, and positive interactions for children ages 10 months through 3 years. The role contributes to children’s learning, development, health, and safety while communicating with families and colleagues.

What you'll do

• Collaborate with the childcare lead to facilitate hands-on activities aligned with the Creative Curriculum
• communicate with families through the Playground App
• foster positive adult-child interactions using the CLASS method
• and follow ECERS/ITERS standards and protocols for children’s education, health, welfare, and safety.

Why this role

Eligible school-age children ages 5–12 enrolled in Healthy Kids Programs may receive employer-paid childcare during the employee’s work hours. The schedule is approximately 25–30 hours per week within center hours of 6:30 a.m.–6:30 p.m.
