Activities Assistant — Memory Care Unit

The Activities Assistant role is onsite in Jacksonville, FL, full-time on the Memory Care Unit from 11 am–7 pm. Pay is $17–$17.50 per hour. Riverside Post Acute is a 240-bed sub-acute and long-term care facility focused on resident-centered care and meaningful engagement.

What you'll do

• Help plan, organize, and implement recreational, social, educational, and community-based programs
• encourage participation based on residents' interests and abilities
• document participation
• observe and communicate changes to team members
• assist with events and activity setup
• escort residents to activities
• and complete related records and reports.
