Youth Activities Counselor

The Youth Activities Counselor works onsite at club locations in Fishers, IN, and Noblesville, IN. Pay is $11–$15 per hour. The role supports the clubs’ Kids Club, afterschool activities, and camp programs. The counselor helps create and oversee youth activities and family-friendly events while providing safe, friendly supervision for younger members. The role also supports event preparation, child check-in and check-out, and the cleanliness and safety of the playroom.

What you'll do

• Greet members and guests
• answer questions and telephone calls
• help set up events and conduct safety checks
• host children and families at activities, camps, and events
• assist with child sign-in and sign-out
• supervise children
• be aware of allergies and special needs
• assist with meals
• communicate issues to supervisors
• maintain playroom cleanliness, sanitation, and security.
