The role exists to maintain customer and company cleaning standards across assigned sites while supporting cleaners and supervisors. It coordinates staffing, supplies, account start-ups, and quality improvements, and provides field leadership and coverage as needed.

What you'll do

• Travel between assigned buildings each evening as needed. Ensure buildings meet company and customer cleaning standards
• conduct quality audits and address issues. Train new employees and support cleaners, leads, and supervisors
• provide coverage for call-offs and vacations. Monitor supplies and place orders, assist with account start-ups, review employee hours, and complete nightly reports. Communicate staffing and performance concerns and identify improvements to quality, efficiency, and employee performance.
