What you'll do

• Perform apartment turns and interior repairs
• assist with drywall repair, door installation, and minor repairs
• support basic plumbing, electrical, or appliance repairs
• use Microsoft Office 365 and mobile devices for daily work
• collaborate with the maintenance team.
