What you'll do

• Measure, cut, and assemble wood or engineered materials to specifications and shop drawings
• safely operate saws, nail guns, and other mill equipment
• interpret blueprints, layouts, and production schedules
• inspect materials and completed components for accuracy and quality
• maintain production pace
• perform routine tool and equipment maintenance and cleaning
• follow safety procedures and shop protocols.
