What you'll do

• Deliver responsive guest service
• assist with reservations, arrivals, departures, account inquiries, and special requests
• coordinate front-desk workflow and shift communication
• maintain reservation, guest, billing, and payment records in Rent Manager
• resolve and document guest concerns and escalate complex issues
• assist with onboarding and training
• conduct site walks and report maintenance concerns
• maintain digital records and coordinate with service providers.
