The Bilingual Licensed Mental Health Therapist, Iowa Remote role is fully remote, providing telemedicine services to patients throughout Iowa. The annual base salary range is $75,000–$85,000 for a primary residence in Iowa. Ascend Healthcare provides integrated psychiatric and behavioral health services using a “no wrong door” treatment model.

What you'll do

• Provide evidence-based individual and group therapy
• engage patients in treatment plans
• review and sign clinical assessments, diagnoses, treatment plans, and consents as needed
• maintain timely and compliant clinical records
• conduct crisis intervention based on safety plans
• participate in multidisciplinary case planning and supervision
• complete ongoing education
• provide case management to support recovery and community reintegration as needed.
