Enterprise Account Executive — East Coast

Job overview

The Enterprise Account Executive role is remote in the United States, with customer travel about two to three times per quarter. Base salary is $145,000–$150,000 per year, with target earnings of $290,000–$300,000 and no cap. Syndio provides pay governance and compensation intelligence software to help organizations make fair, compliant pay decisions. The account executive owns the enterprise sales cycle, from pipeline generation through close, and develops territory and account plans. The role advances Syndio’s mission by helping large employers adopt pay equity and compensation tools through consultative selling, product demonstrations, and coordination with internal experts.

What you'll do

• Own the full sales cycle from pipeline generation to close
• define and execute territory and account plans
• build and manage complex multi-stakeholder pipelines
• lead core product demonstrations and coordinate tailored demos with Solutions Engineering
• participate in prospect RFPs
• engage Syndio subject-matter experts
• travel for customer onsites, executive meetings, and events about two to three times per quarter.
