What you'll do

• Lead, coach, motivate, and develop the automotive sales team
• set and manage sales goals
• monitor performance
• help structure and close vehicle deals
• manage customer and internet leads through the dealership CRM
• support pricing and trade-in decisions
• partner with F&I
• recruit and train sales talent
• maintain knowledge of Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, RAM, and FIAT vehicles and programs.
