What you'll do

• Execute accurate and timely purchase orders and materials planning
• communicate material availability and schedule changes
• manage supplier claims and corrective actions
• maintain inventory levels and accuracy, including min/max levels
• assist with inventory counts and reconciliations
• lead cost-reduction projects, RFPs, and supplier consolidation
• build supplier relationships and manage service and quality standards
• negotiate pricing and payment terms
• support systems and process improvements to reduce production downtime and waste.
