What you'll do

• Manage an assigned portfolio of cargo claims from filing to resolution
• investigate temperature-controlled freight claims
• negotiate and settle cargo loss, damage, shortage, and contamination claims
• coordinate salvage, redistribution, or disposal
• validate claim documentation
• reconcile claim receivables and payables
• track trends and carrier performance
• collaborate with internal teams
• escalate complex claims
• monitor cold-chain compliance and carrier vetting
• maintain claim records and communicate claim status.
