Maintenance Supervisor

The Maintenance Supervisor role is onsite at Willow Pond in Burnsville, MN. Compensation is $31–$38 per hour. The position supports maintenance operations at a 312-unit residential property managed by Bigos Management. The supervisor coordinates and develops the maintenance and grounds team, delegates work, and helps ensure work orders and apartment turns are completed accurately and on time. The role also maintains building systems and supports safe, reliable property operations, including rotating on-call emergency response.

What you'll do

• Manage, train, and develop the maintenance and grounds team
• delegate work and oversee work orders and apartment turns
• provide technical guidance
• monitor and maintain HVAC, plumbing, boilers, and other building systems
• coordinate major repairs and projects with engineering and vendors
• maintain tools and supplies
• promote workplace safety
• respond to rotating on-call emergencies within 30 minutes.
