The Leasing Consultant — The Ridge role is an onsite, full-time position in Albuquerque, NM. Pay is $17–$18 per hour. What you'll do

• Respond to prospective resident inquiries by phone, email, and in person
• conduct property tours and present available homes, community features, and lease terms
• guide applicants through application, screening, and leasing
• maintain lead, application, resident, and lease records
• follow up with prospects
• assist current residents with questions or concerns
• support marketing, outreach, renewals, retention, and community engagement
• collaborate with property management and maintenance teams.
