What you'll do

• Manage the leasing lifecycle, conduct property tours, follow up with prospects, maintain leasing pipelines and waiting lists, and build referral relationships. Process applications and verify eligibility under LIHTC, Fair Housing, and affordable housing requirements
• prepare Tenant Income Certifications and lease documents
• coordinate move-ins, renewals, transfers, and recertifications
• maintain resident files and records
• support residents
• prepare occupancy reports
• and participate in audits and compliance reviews.
